I began my search for someone to install central air a few months back. Thomas had the best customer service. He walked me through everything over the phone, did an initial quote (that turned out to be the same after coming in person), and was patient and willing to answer any questions I had later on via text. His demeanor was very genuine and friendly. The competitors quotes were two or three times as much as Pinnacles! The work was completed in about 6 hours and they came back the following day to check on and fix an issue that was due to how the previous owner of my home set up the venting. The entire process was smooth and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for high quality HVAC services that doesn’t break the bank!

Of course during the worst cold snap on a holiday our furnance decides to stop. Thomas and Pinnacle were amazing. A wonderful local owned small businesss. Fit us in to stop by and see what was happening. Then got it working with a band-aid. The part we needed was 13 days away. Didn't try to sell us a new furnace once. I asked replacement vs new and decided to have them install a new one.. They were able to get us in the same day. The team was so polite taking off boots and keeping them outside. Didn't bang the walls once on our very tight basement getting the new in and old out. Looking to add a humidifier next. Prices are very reasonable and they NEVER tried to upsale anything.

We are absolutely lucky we came across Pinnacle Company. I’m a flooring contractor and had them working on my own house. They had our old water heater and AC unit removed and replaced with new high efficiency ones, worked on our return vent and moved several vents from baseboard to the floors. Thomas is one of the most honest and transparent contractors I’ve ever met. Super responsive, on time and always trying to cut down our expenses without compromising the quality of our work and finding ways to show us better options and ideas on our project.
